These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of tickets for and participation in events organised under the Pádel & Match brand, as well as to the use of padelandmatch.com.

Hereinafter referred to as "Pádel & Match", "we", "us" or "our".

By purchasing a ticket, registering for an event or participating in a Pádel & Match event, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

Pádel & Match is a social dating experience built around padel.

Our events are designed to give single adults the opportunity to meet other people naturally through padel and social interaction.

Pádel & Match is not a dating agency, matchmaking service, padel competition or dating application. We create and facilitate opportunities for people to meet in real life.

We do not guarantee that any participant will meet a romantic partner, receive a match, experience mutual attraction or establish any particular relationship as a result of attending an event.

Play. Meet. Match.

Pádel & Match events are strictly for persons aged 18 or over, unless a higher minimum age is expressly stated for a particular event.

By registering, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old
• you are single and genuinely open to meeting other people in the context of the event
• the information you provide during registration is accurate
• you meet any age, level or other participation criteria stated for the event
• you agree to behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, venues and partners

Pádel & Match reserves the right to refuse registration or participation where these conditions are not met.

Events may be organised around particular criteria, including but not limited to:

• age range
• padel level
• gender
• dating preference
• location
• event format

Any stated age category should be respected when registering.

Pádel & Match may allow reasonable flexibility around age categories where this helps create an appropriate and balanced participant group.

Acceptance of a booking does not create an entitlement to participate in an event for which a participant clearly does not meet the stated criteria.

When registering, participants may be asked to provide information including their:

• first name
• age or date of birth
• gender
• dating preference
• padel level
• email address
• telephone number
• other information reasonably required to organise the event

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide is complete and accurate.

Providing deliberately false or misleading information may result in cancellation of participation without refund and/or exclusion from future Pádel & Match events.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

A place at an event is only confirmed once:

• registration has been successfully completed
• payment has been received
• a booking confirmation has been issued

Ticket prices are displayed before purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, tickets are personal and may not be resold or transferred to another person without prior written approval from Pádel & Match.

This is particularly important because Pádel & Match may manage participant numbers and group composition in order to create the best possible event experience.

Pádel & Match events depend heavily on the size and composition of the group: capacity, age range and, above all, having enough potential matches. A balanced group of participants is more important to the experience than rigid age limits, and a single last-minute cancellation can affect the experience of several other participants, not just one.

Your ticket secures more than your spot. It helps us create the right mix of people for the event.

For this reason, all ticket sales are final. Once a ticket has been purchased, it is non-refundable, including where a participant:

• changes their mind
• can no longer attend
• becomes unavailable due to personal circumstances
• arrives too late to participate
• does not attend the event
• decides during the event not to participate further

Tickets for Pádel & Match events relate to leisure activities taking place on a specific date or during a specific period. Where applicable, the statutory right of withdrawal normally available for certain distance contracts therefore does not apply.

Up to 7 days before an event, a participant who can no longer attend may transfer their ticket free of charge to another person, provided that person fits within the same event category, such as age range, gender, dating preference and/or padel level. Any replacement participant must be approved by Pádel & Match in advance.

Less than 7 days before an event, a ticket may only be transferred if Pádel & Match is able to fill the vacated place itself, without disrupting the balance of the event.

No-show = no refund and no credit.

If Pádel & Match successfully resells a released or vacated place through the waitlist, the original participant may be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid, minus an administration fee of €5 to €10.

Exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually at the discretion of Pádel & Match. This does not create an automatic entitlement to a refund, transfer or credit.

Where Pádel & Match itself cancels or reschedules an event, the refund terms set out in Section 9 (Cancellation or rescheduling by Pádel & Match) apply instead.

Pádel & Match aims to create event groups in which participants have a realistic opportunity to meet people relevant to their dating preferences.

For that reason, places may be released gradually, temporarily placed on a waitlist or restricted for particular participant categories.

Being placed on a waitlist does not guarantee admission to an event.

Pádel & Match does not guarantee an exact numerical balance between genders, dating preferences, ages or padel levels.

Registrations, cancellations, no-shows and other circumstances outside our control may affect the final composition of an event.

Pádel & Match reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event where necessary.

These may include changes to:

• playing schedules
• court allocations
• rotation formats
• start or finish times
• hosts
• social activities
• participating venue
• included food or drinks
• event capacity
• other operational details

Minor or reasonable changes do not entitle participants to a refund.

If an event is materially changed, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.

Pádel & Match may cancel, postpone or reschedule an event where reasonably necessary, including because of:

• insufficient registrations
• an unsuitable participant balance
• weather conditions
• court or venue availability
• safety concerns
• illness or staffing issues
• technical or operational problems
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If Pádel & Match cancels an event entirely and does not offer a suitable replacement date, participants will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.

If an event is rescheduled, participants will be offered the opportunity to use their ticket for the replacement event. Where required by applicable law or where Pádel & Match determines that the replacement is not reasonably equivalent, an alternative or refund may be offered.

Pádel & Match is not responsible for additional expenses incurred in connection with attendance, such as transport, accommodation, parking, childcare or other personal costs, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Some Pádel & Match events may take place on outdoor courts.

Participants acknowledge that weather conditions may affect an event.

Light rain, wind, heat, cloud cover or other weather conditions do not automatically result in cancellation.

Pádel & Match and/or the venue will determine whether playing conditions are suitable and safe.

Where weather makes the planned padel activity impossible, Pádel & Match may modify, postpone or reschedule the sporting part of the event where reasonably possible.

Pádel & Match is primarily a social experience.

Connection > competition.

Participants do not need to be advanced padel players unless a particular event specifically states otherwise.

Participants are expected to select their padel level honestly when registering so that rotations and courts can be organised appropriately.

Pádel & Match does not guarantee that every participant will play exclusively with others of an identical level.

Padel is a physical sporting activity and involves inherent risks, including falls, collisions, strains, sprains and other injuries.

By participating, you confirm that you consider yourself physically capable of taking part safely.

You are responsible for deciding whether participation is appropriate for you and for informing the event host of any circumstance that may require immediate practical consideration during the event.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Pádel & Match staff, hosts, coaches and venue personnel.

Participation in the sporting element of the event is at the participant's own risk, subject always to any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Participants are responsible for their own belongings.

Pádel & Match is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property at an event except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participants should follow any security or storage instructions provided by the venue.

Pádel & Match should be a safe, relaxed and respectful environment.

Participants must treat other participants, staff, hosts and venue personnel appropriately.

The following behaviour will not be tolerated:

• harassment
• intimidation
• discrimination
• threatening or aggressive behaviour
• unwanted sexual behaviour
• repeated unwanted attention
• inappropriate physical contact
• deliberately making another participant feel unsafe
• excessive intoxication
• use or possession of illegal drugs
• abusive language or behaviour
• photographing or recording another participant in an intrusive manner
• deliberately providing false information
• behaviour that disrupts the event or damages the reputation or safety of Pádel & Match

No means no. Lack of interest must be respected.

A participant may speak confidentially to a Pádel & Match host at any time during an event if another participant makes them uncomfortable.

Pádel & Match reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe, inappropriate, disruptive or contrary to these Terms.

A participant removed for such reasons is not entitled to a refund.

Serious or repeated misconduct may result in exclusion from future Pádel & Match events.

Where appropriate, Pádel & Match may also report serious incidents to the venue, security personnel or relevant authorities.

Where alcoholic beverages are available, participants are responsible for drinking responsibly.

Pádel & Match reserves the right to refuse further participation or service to anyone who appears excessively intoxicated or whose behaviour creates a safety concern.

Participants remain responsible for arranging safe transportation after the event.

Participants attend Pádel & Match events voluntarily and decide for themselves with whom they interact.

Pádel & Match facilitates introductions and social opportunities but is not responsible for the actions, statements, intentions or behaviour of individual participants outside the scope of the event organisation.

Participants should exercise the same personal judgement and precautions when meeting someone through Pádel & Match as they would when meeting any new person.

Some events may include a post-event matching system.

After an event, participants may be invited to indicate privately which other participant or participants they would like to see again.

An expression of interest is confidential.

Contact details will only be shared or a connection facilitated where there is mutual interest, unless the relevant individuals have independently chosen to exchange their details themselves.

No mutual match = no contact details shared by Pádel & Match.

Pádel & Match does not disclose who selected or did not select another participant.

Purchasing a ticket provides access to the Pádel & Match experience. It does not purchase or guarantee a romantic outcome.

Pádel & Match makes no guarantee regarding:

• attraction
• chemistry
• compatibility
• number of people a participant may be interested in
• whether another participant will express mutual interest
• the number of matches received
• future communication between participants
• any relationship resulting from an event

Not receiving a match or not meeting someone you wish to see again is not grounds for a refund.

Once participants voluntarily exchange contact information or are connected following a mutual match, subsequent communication takes place independently of Pádel & Match.

Participants remain responsible for their own decisions regarding communication, meetings and relationships after an event.

Pádel & Match may investigate reports of serious inappropriate behaviour and may exclude a person from future events where reasonably considered necessary for participant safety.

Pádel & Match may take general photographs or video footage during events for marketing, social media and promotional purposes.

Where images clearly identify individual participants, Pádel & Match will handle such material in accordance with applicable privacy and image-rights requirements and any consent process communicated for the relevant event.

Participants who do not wish to appear in event photography should inform the event host on arrival.

Participants may not use photographs or recordings of other attendees in a way that violates their privacy, dignity or applicable law.

Pádel & Match events may take place at independent padel clubs, restaurants, bars, hotels or other venues.

Participants must comply with reasonable venue rules.

Certain products or services may be supplied directly by third parties. Where this is made clear, those third parties may have their own terms and conditions.

Pádel & Match is not responsible for independent acts or omissions of third parties except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Users may not misuse padelandmatch.com, attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Pádel & Match may update, modify or temporarily suspend parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

The Pádel & Match name, branding, logos, designs, event concepts, website content, written materials and other brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, commercially exploited or used to create confusingly similar events, services or branding without prior written permission.

Pádel & Match processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable mandatory law, Pádel & Match is not responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control or for indirect or unforeseeable losses associated with participation in an event.

Participants remain responsible for their own actions and personal decisions before, during and after an event.

Pádel & Match will not be liable for failure to perform or delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, strikes, power failures, venue closures or other comparable events.

Where possible, Pádel & Match will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative arrangement.

Pádel & Match may update these Terms from time to time.

The Terms applicable to a ticket purchase will normally be those made available at the time of purchase, except where a change is required by law or does not materially disadvantage the participant.

The latest version will be available at padelandmatch.com.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights that apply to a participant under applicable Spanish or European Union law.

Any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts in accordance with applicable consumer and procedural law.
